To save the life of the comatose ruler of an alien world, and to avert an intergalactic war, peace-loving scientists miniaturize a submarine carrying a beautiful expert surgeon and her bodyguard, and insert them into the alien leaders butt. Unfortunately, two other groups of miniaturized aliens have also invaded the leaders body, planning to make sure that the mission of mercy is unsuccessful. It sounds like a pretty fantastic journey, full of mystery and danger. Mainly danger, since the surgeons bodyguard is Lobo. Good move, huh?
