The Dragon mysteriously finds himself in San Futuro in the year 2022, where he is attacked by the mischevious Gangreene, who believe him to be The Commandment Killer, a serial murderer that has killed Mako, Star III, Justice, and other locals. With the aid of SFPD officer Marshal Law, The Dragon heads off in search of the real killer.
